More than 30 years of experience as an executive in marketing and sales of biopharmaceutical drugs for severe chronic and rare diseases. Specialized content experience in immunology, hemophilia, severe coagulation disorders. Additional experience in critical care, transplantation, neurology, parenteral nutrition, biosurgery and hospital products. Head of various Business Units and Franchises. Director Marketing EMEA, Marketing and Product Manager DACH, International Trainee Marketing & Sales. Diverse national and international positions and broad experience as P&L responsible operational manager of large, diversified teams with up to 130 employees, of mid-sized marketing and sales organizations, as well as of small powerful specialty teams in the field of rare diseases. Multi-year board member of the Plasma Protein Therapeutics Association, PPTA Germany.

Hans Peter was the successful EMEA launch lead for global market leading therapies among others in hemophilia and responsible for further successful local product launches in various therapeutic areas. His key experience as Managing Director and Business Head in Germany in the spin-off and build-up of the biotech rare-disease company Baxalta are key cornerstones for his current roles at Trisalta and Orphan Now Consulting. After the takeover by Shire, he was largely responsible for the integration of rare-disease specialist Baxalta Germany into Shire Germany GmbH, an international leader and pioneer in rare diseases.  A leader of far-reaching business-process adjustments to increase efficiency in the context of organizational restructuring measures, the establishment and expansion of new high-performing teams, transformational change leadership and the establishment of local leadership and corporate culture.
